If a charge was a mistake, email me within 30 days and I’ll refund it, no questions asked.
Cancel anytime from your portal. The light stays on until the month you already paid for is up, and you won’t be charged again.
A one-time gift works the same way: if it was a mistake, or the amount was wrong, email me within 30 days.
Don’t give me money you shouldn’t be giving. If a light costs you groceries, keep the groceries. I mean that.
